• Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free wait time after your landing time. Hotels and all other pickups include a free 20 minutes.
• Our chauffeur will wait 60 minutes after landing time. If you dont show up after this time, and you did not notify us, we will release the chauffeur and the transfer will be a NO SHOW and fully charged. We monitor all the incoming flights, so we are updated with any delays or early arrivals.
• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag.

What to expect
